    Chef(fe) d’Oeuvre was founded by Marion and her husband, Xavier: two passionate entrepreneurs united by their love for gastronomy.
    While Marion embodies the vision and leadership behind the brand, Xavier plays a key role in managing and supporting the teams.

    With over 22 years of professional experience in the culinary industry, Marion has built an impressive career.
    Before launching her private catering venture, she was the Head Chef at the prestigious Blue Box Café by Tiffany & Co. in Dubai Mall, operated by Rikas Group.

    Together, Marion and Xavier have contributed to the success of three culinary ventures in the South of France, including Bottega Da Verri: a renowned catering shop, pasta manufacturing business, and pizza restaurant group.
    One of their Mediterranean-inspired establishments continues to thrive today, a testament to their enduring passion and dedication.

    Marion and Xavier’s primary motivation is to share their culinary expertise in Dubai, and beyond.
    Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, they aspire not only to establish a lasting presence in the UAE but to expand their influence across the Gulf region, sharing their love for refined, authentic cuisine with an international audience.
