When you place an order with us, your order is classified as an offer which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be
because the product is sold out. Because we have sold all the products and we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver orders placed through the website to addresses outside of the United Arab Emirates. If you would like to have an order delivered to an address outside of the United Arab Emirates please contact us. Shipping cost of delivery depend of your area and your order. We can delivery all the Emirates if you make an order one day before, before 2 pm.
Product description and substitution
Each platter is a unique creation, which is likely to be modified according to arrival. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
If you’ve any allergies and you have provided your consent for us to do some modification, we may substitute part of the product you have ordered for a similar product of an equivalent or greater value. The price of your order will not change.
Where you have indicated that you do not want a substitute product or having consented to receiving a substitute, a suitable substitute is not available, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to either cancel your order or wait for the affected product to become available .
Your right to make changes
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us by what app and we will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of your order, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the exchange.
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will deliver all products as close to the delivery date and Time-Slot requested by you as reasonably possible. If you have any questions or issues with your delivery, it is best to contact us as a first point of call.
We cannot take responsibility for any changes you may make to your delivery address or date as these changes automatically cause delays and will result in your order remaining with our driver for an additional period.
In the unlikely event of a delay caused by circumstances outside of our control, we will let you know, and we will attempt to minimize the effect of the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay caused by an event outside of both Cheffe d’oeuvre and your own control, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
The product will be your responsibility from the me we deliver the product to the address you gave us. You own the product once we have accepted your order and received payment in full.
Quality concerns
We take great pride of our creation and reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your order, please open it right away, and inspect them. If you aren’t happy with what you find, please call us and if possible take some pictures. We will do our best to put it right. If you’d like a replacement order, we can send that out for you or if you would rather just have your money back,
we can do that too. You can consume up to 24 hours after its creation. However, in order to live the experience 100%, we advise you to consume on the day of delivery

If an item is missing when you receive your order, we will refund you or give you 1 month’s credit on your next purchase.
