    What are your opening days and hours?

    Delivery is available from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 7pm with a minimum order.
    You can pick up an order at the workshop in click&collect from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 7pm. Monday closing day

    How do you deliver?

    We use our own delivery service to ensure the best possible quality of service.

    Do you deliver my area?

    We cover most of Dubai. You can find our delivery areas on the checkout page. If you don’t see your area, WhatsApp us to see if we can help.
    Please do not place an order under the wrong delivery district. If your order is placed for an area that is not covered by our delivery team, your order will be postponed until you provided us with an alternative address we could deliver or arrange for a pickup.
    If neither options are suitable, your order total will be converted to store credit (valid 3 months from issue date).

    Can I collect my order?

    Pickups are available upon requests. At check out you’ve to choose your shipping and time slot. You can also send us your driver or to come for pick up your order. Please contact us for more information on this.

    Do you deliver throughout the emirates?

    For all orders placed before 2 p.m., we can deliver according to our schedule and the cost of delivery.

    What if I want to postpone or cancel the platter order?

    Please contact us as soon as possible, we understand that life may get in the way We will try to help with a postponement at a later date (depending on our availability) alternatively we will offer to issue store credit (valid 1 months)

    Is your Charcuterie Halal?

    All our Charcuterie is 100 % Halal certified

    How do you deal with allergies? Can you omit certain ingredients?

    While we may be able to omit items containing possible allergens ahead of time and upon request, there is a risk of cross-contamination.
    Our food is not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from consuming our products

    Do I need to do anything to serve my platter?

    Everything comes ready to serve . However, in order to live the experience 100%, we advise you to consume on the day of delivery.

    Can I customise the ingredients?

    Each platter is a unique creation, which is likely to be modified according to arrival, so please notify us of any allergy or dietary requests at checkout.

    Why can’t I order on the website?

    If a weekday or weekend date is not available, we are fully booked. Working with fresh produce and paying particular attention to each dish, we are obliged to limit the quantities per day. Also sometimes we can be sold out.
